Shipping Policy

Every order from Branded Cowboy Hats is custom and made to order, so shipping timelines begin after you approve your mockup. Standard production typically runs about three weeks before an order ships; timelines vary by quantity, branding method, and current volume.

Shipping costs are quoted per order based on quantity, weight, and destination, and are confirmed with your quote before you pay. We ship nationwide across the United States, with international shipping available on request and quoted separately.

Rush production and expedited shipping are available for firm deadlines — share your in-hand date and we’ll confirm whether we can meet it. Once your order ships, we provide tracking where available.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Transit times vary by carrier and destination and can be affected by factors outside our control. We’ll always give you our best estimate, but we don’t guarantee specific carriers, fixed delivery dates, or fixed transit times.
