Yes. Our designers can build print-ready artwork from a reference, a description, or an existing brand so your hats look intentional.

Yes. We can match bands, embroidery thread, and printed elements to your Pantone or brand colors; some methods match more precisely than others — we’ll advise on the mockup.

Yes. On leather hats and leather patches we can emboss (pressed) or laser-engrave your logo for a permanent, premium mark that won’t peel or fade.

A front-crown patch typically runs up to about 3″×2″, and a hat band wraps the full base. We’ll confirm exact dimensions for your chosen style.

Embossed and engraved leather and quality embroidery are built to last for the life of the hat. Bands are removable by design; patches and stitching are fixed.

Depending on style: 100% wool felt, blended rabbit/beaver fur felt, woven palm/paper straw, or genuine leather and suede. Full specs are on each product page.

Brush felt with a soft brush and store on a flat brim or hat rack; keep straw dry; condition leather occasionally. Avoid crushing the crown — and keep them out of prolonged rain.
