Return Policy

Because every hat we make is custom-branded and produced to your approved artwork and specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders.

There is one safeguard. If an order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected hats at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return — it covers our errors, not changes of mind, sizing preferences, or design choices made after approval.

The free mockup and approval step exists precisely for this reason: you see and sign off on a photo-real mockup before anything goes into production, so there are no surprises. Please review your mockup carefully — spelling, colors, logo placement, and quantities — before approving, since production begins from exactly what you approve.

If something isn’t right with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@brandedcowboyhats.com with photos and we’ll make it right.
